Metalfee Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners who want new concrete with independent providers. These are not jobs on a payroll. You run your own business, and you decide which projects to take.

Who We Are Looking For

We want contractors who do careful work in concrete flatwork. That includes:

• Concrete driveways
• Stamped concrete
• Home concrete patios

You should serve the San Jacinto area and be comfortable talking with first-time homeowners. Clear, patient communication matters as much as a clean finish.

What We Expect

Providers in our network are expected to:

• Hold the licenses, insurance and permits your area requires
• Give written quotes that explain what is included
• Explain base prep, drainage and curing in plain words
• Respect the homeowner's property and schedule
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do

We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide costs.

What We Do Not Do

We do not guarantee work volume or set your prices. We do not manage your crews or take part in your contracts. The agreement is between you and the homeowner.
